Mould Tool Design and Creation

Common sense tells us a moulded part can only look as good as the tool it was made in.

That’s why we don’t compromise on the design, manufacture and quality of our mould tools. Our aim is to produce value for money tool sets optimised for purpose, whether it is prototyping, development, or production, that produce quality finished parts throughout a product’s life-cycle.

We will manage your tooling logistics. We understand the importance of time to market and make that extra effort to cut lead time and deliver on schedule. Our toolmaking associates have been crafting precision low pressure moulding tools in aluminum that have been used world-wide since the process evolved during the mid 90′s.

They have the skills to create a precision mould tool by importing 3D CAD model data using the STEP (ISO 10303) standard to network directly with their state of the art four and five axis CNC mills.

They can work to tolerances expressed in microns if necessary. Mould tools can even be created from no drawings just parts. The process includes selecting suitable materials against required performance criteria, including interpreting a material’s rheology (flow rate behaviour), all part of creating a precision mould tool.
